Nathan (Nate) Siedman practices primarily in Marin and Sonoma County but has appeared in superior, appellate and federal courts across California. Nate’s practice focuses on business law, family law and trusts and estates. Nate received his B.A. in political science with a minor in philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his law degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Law.
Nate is a second-generation resident of Bolinas, where he lives with his wife, son and daughter. Deeply committed to the people and issues of West Marin, Nate serves as president of the Bolinas-Stinson Union School District and treasurer of the Marin County School Boards Association. Nate’s personal interests include studying the history of West Marin and playing chess and sports. He coaches youth sports in West Marin leagues and volunteers for several non-profit organizations in West Marin.
